We do not accept returns.

Exchanges for Damaged Items

An exchange is possible only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us at hello@yalla971.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Items reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items will not be eligible for exchange if:

The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

The item has been used, damaged after delivery, or is not in its original packaging.

The item was purchased on sale or as part of a promotion, unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
