We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location, courier availability, and order volume.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is handed over to the delivery partner, delivery timing may depend on the courier service.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full address and contact number. Yalla971 is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery if a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information.
