Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or special events, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Within the UAE

We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates only.

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and available shipping options.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations within the UAE.

To be eligible for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed for delivery on the next business day.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, delivery location, courier capacity, and order volume.

If same-day delivery is available for your order, the option may be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team after the order is placed.

Yalla971 will make every effort to fulfill eligible same-day delivery orders on time. However, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed in cases of high order volume, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Yalla971 currently does not offer international shipping.

At this time, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with tracking details, if applicable.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Yalla971 is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect contact details, or incomplete address information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to re-shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order or noticing the issue.

Please include your order number along with supporting photos or videos, where applicable.

We will work with the shipping provider to review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
