Everything syncs to the free GloryFit Pro app on your phone. The band itself communicates through vibration patterns — alarms, sedentary reminders, heart-rate alerts and low battery.

How long does the battery actually last?

8–12 days with normal daily use including 24/7 heart rate. Heavy use with continuous workout tracking gives 5–7 days, and on standby it stretches to 25–30 days. A full charge takes under 2.5 hours.

Can I swim with it?

Yes. The IP68 rating covers swimming, showering and rain. Rinse with fresh water after pool or sea use and dry the strap.

Does it work with my iPhone?
